Add User Options Link In the Post Bit Under the View Public Profile Link

To Edit Users i have to click on there name and select View Public Profile Then User Options .....

OR Go to admin CP secet Users Search the user then click view profile .,,,,

It would be Supper Cool to add a User Options Link In the Drop Down on Post Bit when you click there name to save a step ect.....

Onl;y viewable to admin and Mods of course
