If you need real advice for a real issue then I would suggest contacting a local lawyer or there may be some online legal outlets that specialize in internet/digital law.

If you have general questions about legalities of running a forum/website/community, you could give more detail and maybe someone could comment more.

im good with basic law, there is free legal advice on the internet if you can find it.
