your server does not support this feature, next release v2.6.3+ will detect this, sorry

i fixed this by adding a php.ini in forum root specifying to allow url file access.

Did you figure out how to address this error or even how to test the setting for
"URL file-access"

I am struggling with a smililar issue with a script for someone that can not change their php_ini settings...
