Is some mod that facilitates the one that to me as administrator can prohibit to receive private from a certain user?

I'm not aware of any hack like that, you can add that user to your ignore list, but that also disables their threads & posts from being viewed normally by you as well.

You can make a request post in the appropriate forum or post a paid job to create the hack.
