I did a search on this, but I couldn't really find a thorough answer. Anyway, I get this message in my inbox at least 20 times a day now, and it's been going on for about a month and a half.

I also recently received an email from my hosting company telling me that I'm using too much server resources. I've been hosted with these guys for a while, and nothing has changed except that I started getting these massive amounts of database errors. I'm pretty sure they're directly connected. If anyone can assist me in solving this problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
