was wonder if there was a mod for changing the color of user groups? like banned users i could put red, and moderators another color ....if so where can i locate it and if so what are they called? i have tried searching mods and i have put in color,color usergroups stuff like that nothing comes up

That you can just add a a font tag for in the username html markup box in the usergroup.

Here is the hack to add the legend on forumhome if you want to list who is who:
