There's a mod somewhere that allows members to vote if they feel a post should be censored. If 3 people vote (or something like that) then it minimizes the post from view.

... I'm sure I saw it somewhere (or was I dreaming)? can someone point me in the right direction.

Yes, I remember that too, can't seem to remember the name though.
