Delete all members PM's

Hi,

Ive just used ImpEX to move everything over from 3.6.3 to 3.6.7.

On the homepage its showing members as having PM's that arnt in there inbox. Is there a way to refresh/clear this so it sets the total down to zero?

EG:

Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 66.

I currently have 0 pms - How can I reset this counter?

TRUNCATE pm
TRUNCATE pmreceipt
TRUNCATE pmtext

TRUNCATE pmreceipt
TRUNCATE pmtext

Make sure the tables names are correct for example:

 TRUNCATE vb_pm
TRUNCATE vb_pmreceipt
TRUNCATE vb_pmtext

Thanks for your reply. Ive carried that out and it all went well, however its still showing PM's that dont exist.

Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 70 messages stored, of a total 100 allowed

However there is no PM's at all. This is the same for all users.

Any other sugesstions at all?

Im still suffering with the same problem.

I Impexed from phpbb3 to VB3.6.7 and its showing members they have unread messages when they havent.

I cleared the database for PM's, but the still show when theres nothing there.

Any suggestions?

you have to rebuilt users informations... in the maintenance part of your admincp

He is asking how to fix the PM Counts of his members, and you advice him to delete all PM's???

The counts should be correct. Please note that the count of the PM's include PM's in folders like Sent and/or saved PM's.

If you think that ImpEx does not do a correct count, then please open a support ticket.
