Prevent members from PMing admins - like that extra screen on Myspace
On my space, when you email that default friend-forgot his name-, you get a special screen. In short, it says to send a pm to that guy, click here, but for all support request, click here to contact customer support.
Is something similar available for VB? When a member click on the link to PM an admin, he sees a new page that offers links to a)PM the admin, or b) contact customer support? Or ... is there a similar script that is made so that member use the proper form for support rather than PMing an admin directly ? |

His name's tom. (why the hell do i know that?)
The links are already located on the footer "contact us" but if you want to include it it would require a small modification. |

Yeah ... that contact form points to the "right" contact form.
However, what I want is if someone clicks on "Send a PM to TOM", since tom is an admin, a special page should be displayed before the user gets to the PM form. Is that possible to add that extra page for some users only ? |
