like the image work. Not a big fan of the color scheme, but the skin is very nice in general.

Thanks I had to do a lot of work on that skin to make it look clean and so all the grapics work with the dark back ground like getting some smiles I'm getting a new set of icons soon =)

Pros:

Great looking skin. Seriously, ignoring the fact is is pre-made, it looks pretty good. Can't comment on colours because I am no colour co-ordination expert, but I like the look of this forum.

Nice, original smilies. Finally, someone who doesn't use simply the defaults, and has some different smilies. I hate forums that use default smilies only. Given credit for being different here. Meant to be small speech bubbles rather than faces I see?

Plenty to do. Lots of things are there, so members should be entertained. Congratulations. Don't seem to be too many gimmicks.

Can't find non transparent/badly anti-aliased images. As in, no horrible white outlines, so congratulations a second time!

Cons:

Blinking status icons. Ever wondered why people hate blinking text or images? Because it is highly annoying, and very rarely used offline for any decent effect.

Possibly too many forums. Or more precisely, post a few interesting topics in the currently empty ones (with 1 topic in) to get more members posting in those.

Scrollbar appears in FireFox when the arrow at the bottom of the page is clicked. Nothing major, just a little annoying,

Not bad:

Posting activity rate. Is 48 X member count. I love forums with high activity, and compared to many forums, that isn't bad (300+ members and a thousand posts anyone? 700 members and a 1000 posts? 120 members and 26 posts? Those are some examples of forums that fail this badly).

I will take a look at this scroll bar thing in fire fox sounds ugly to me. And thanks for all your comments there my mambers are pretty active I make sure of that I made a few things on the forums like anti leaching things so users don't just come on the forums make a account download stuff they need they will need a good feal of the site than they can download like 20 posts each new user and the forum is no new I'm just starting everything off it has just been made a week ago and I'm going to be keeping my users very active first arcade mods I hate when somone cheats in arcade games next would be to adding more browser based games I'm working on a web client for runescape just like the habbo one I have on the page there and than I will add a ranking system in to the forums so the forums seem less like forums and more like a fun adicting little game.

I hope that my community will be over 100000 posts with in this year are server can handle it pretty well I hope to allow my users to upload full 100M to 500M sized video's of them playing in games like WoW runescape and other great MMORPG games for now I have the youtube codes on there so they can post youtube stuff.

please if anyone finds any images that suck and have a little bit of white behind it tell me so I can remake it in photoshop I hate ugly images that have not been done right its not much work to fix that stuff and if anyone has any good ideas for stuff to add to the site please tell me via post in this topic.

Oh and the blinking status icons are there for a good point I hope that they will give younger kids a good feal over the site like when you are playing a games some times a light blinks when you need to click it so I would say the younger mind may enjoy cheap blinking grapics witch look good to them and the fact that the forums are very user friendly are good we want to keep the community open and friendly to everyone that joins and we have had three banned users so soon that have come in to the forums spammed or posted adult grapic photos and were banned for 24 hours instantly and others that made new accounts just to spam ads and were all so 24 hour banned and the ip ban system helps me a lot.

True. I have the images to show to prove what I meant:

Before clicking link:

After clicking link:

Does that help?

Possible over high prediction, but good luck. And I am assuming you have a dedicated server to allow them to upload those videos?

I will. I'll check now if you really want a quick answer...

You mean to grab the attention of a younger demographic? Logical I suppose, if you are designing for a younger audience. As for your second problem, that's an awful thing to happen already and I often wonder why spammers are so heartless to spam on forums for a younger audience and also spam on memorial sites form troubles and such. You may want to find some anti-spam hacks and modifications here to solve that problem.

Strange I will fix that when I get a chance but that will go away if you just click on anything in the site like just tap click on the scoll bar? thats there for users with a big screen on there computer like a 35 inch computer screen.

That will go away. Oh, and I can have the window larger, I just don't maximise windows, and it's strange that nothing else in the layout does that.

Some don't understand that fire fox is very hard to work this they did great working puting that togather but I need to match everything in IE with firefox on the site witch is hard at some times. Like say I have a plugin on my site that allows you to have access to playing my habbo server and it works fine in IE it was made to work in it but than I need to open the source and find a way to make it work in firefox at the same time they firefox is a hole new level of the internet same with opera

It's actually Firefox which follows standards better, and Internet Explorer that breaks them, so as many people say, you should design for browsers like Firefox and Opera and fix with conditional CSS or something for Internet Explorer. Sadly, many designers seem to think Internet Explorer actually knows how to obey all the standards when NO browser technically manages to follow every single one correctly. One of the many pains of website design that, how standards are never followed to the letter by the browsers in one exact way.
