Restricted Forums

Did a search and can't seem to locate instruction on how to set a specific forum as readable to only moderators for instance. I want to create a forum that only moderators can read yet still show up in the forum list.

I'd have a forum called "moderators only" but only those who are mods or above can access post in it. Thread titles could be read by anyone but not the posts.
