Paid Subscription issues/questions

1. How do I set up a Paid Subscription to make a ONE TIME payment? I tried entering 0 and it wouldn't process it.

2. I have it so paid sub gives access to a certain area of the board. There is no problem accessing once they have membership.

MY ISSUE...when the membership expires...and they do not renew... THEY STILL HAVE ACCESS even though Payment MGR says the sub is disabled.

Is this correctable?

3. How do you DELETE someones paid sub?

1. it's a single payment by default unless you select recurring.
2. perhaps remove the expiration?
3. subscription manager - edit users payment.

1. will try a new one with no reoccuring. I think maybe I am running into an error because I am editing an existing sub.

2. If I remove the expiration then they don't have to pay again and have access.

3. When I go to edit payment i only have the options of
START DATE
EXPRIY
ACTIVE

Expiry has already happened
Sub is NOT ACTIVE

OK I tried setting up a new sub....

For a single payment what do I put for the
DAY/WEEK/MONTH/YEAR FIELD BC I keep getting this error

How can we delete a paid subscription from a user's profile? Now I actually have users with two kinds of subscriptions on their account because I tried to edit a mistake. (clicked month when I should have hit year). So now they have BOTH and I can't find where to remove one or the other.

Wish I had an answer for you, just thought maybe misery would enjoy company. I've got similar issues to yours!
