Sorry if this is a lame question, but how do I get that forum description to show at the top of every forum page like vb.org has here?

I'm using 3.6.5

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) -> Enable Forum Description

Ok, I enabled it, but nothing shows up.
