1 lost user after migration. Howto merge topic to user?

Hello,

I did a convertion from phpBB to vBulletin. All forums, threads, users, etc.. were perfectly converted except one user. That user registered himself again.
Is it possible to link that user "old" posts to his account.
His post are viewable at the forum, but without user information.
When I look at the database, the userid for those post is set to "0".
Is there any way that I can merge the topics with an userid "0" to the userid of the newly registered member?

I think it's too late for that.

I don't know which query I need to run to search of all posts with userid "0" and let the query replace the userid with the userid of the new, correct member.
