Prohibit Mod from Moderating Particular User(s)
I own Volconvo, a debate forum with a penchant toward politics. There have been several occasions in which a member believes a moderator is "out to get him" for personal or political reasons. It would be a great feature to be able to selectively disable moderating powers of a moderator over a particular user. Better yet, perhaps each member can select a certain admin-specified number of moderators to which he is immune.
Assuming there's still a staff forum and the moderators communicate, this doesn't actually mean the member can't be moderated. It just means he can't be persecuted by a particular moderator (or more). If members could select (for instance) up to 3 moderators they wish to disable oversight from, they'd be much happier. Opinions? |

Perhaps try one of the 'force ignore' mods or some change thereto:

Thanks for the links. Not exactly what I had in mind, though.
