Code Tag Option

every time i click on the code tag a box pops ups and ask me what do i want to enter in the box and than i enter what i want(usually i cant fit it because its too long) but i enter it and than i click OK and than the code pops up like this

[CODE=(what i entered in the box)] [/CODE]

and i want it to be like the regular code tags like this:

THIS

and i dont want that code box option to pop up....does anyone know what i have to do?
