Integration of vbulletin with blog/directory/webportal software
When I mean integrate, I mean that they will be using the same interface/style. Am I right to say its done via the use of Styles? Can someone please guide me through this? Any experts around can show me how to go about integrating the entire website? Thank you.

VB may have an existing interface with a blog or portal software already. Depends on what blog or portal you are using. You may want to check out vbulletin.com forums also as they may have something like that over there!

What Im talking about is somewhat like having the same style and same "header" with the same buttons... meaning having the same interface for all the webpages.
I have tried checking with my web directory provider but it seems that such an integration is still underway... so I wonder if it is possible to do it by myself. I am kinda lazy to do up a header and the vbulletin coding seems too complicated for me to slowly understand. So I wonder if it is simply an uploading of a style... does anyone have any idea to suggest regarding this? Ok maybe my question is vague... Look at vbulletin.org, at the top there are 5 buttons "Home" "Forums" "Articles" "Mods" "Styles" How do I go about doing this? Please help my nick on vbulletin.org is killerprey... kerry-anne referred me here for help. Was told that its about custom-coding. Can anyone shed some light on this? |
