You could use the one at www.vbadvanced.com and customize it the way you want. Or for a portal with more functionality (which is also a paid version) you could try the one at www.vbportal.com

it is mainly a rss feed, feeding that front page... it's not a "portal", as none of the tool one the page is giving you control over anything... it's just a front page.
