Hello everyone i am searching a catalog where ppl can shop for the earned credits/points on my site. vb3.6.4

this shop must atleast have the option to:
buy credits
make a gift to an other user
transfer credits to an other user
user CAN add to catalog
credit balance and i hope on even more bells and whistles.

I am willing to pay for it but it has to be darn good.
If it is integrated software i like some catalog shop that works 100%

Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
