Ban Users From SPECIFIC Forums?

Instead of banning a User, I was wanting to go with a less strict aproach, by banning them from the forum where they were causing trouble. Since I run a forum that deals in controvesial topics, and just normal run-of-the-day stuff, it'd be nice to have an option in the ACP to be able to ban users from posting in certain areas.

For instance.

User 1 was causing an issue in the Debate forum, showing he had no intention in being civilized. I want to make it impossible for User 1 to re-enter the Debate forum and post there again, for like ever, or a limited amount of days. BUT still have free access to post everywhere on the forum except the Debate forum.

For the mod I'd want options to choose how long the ban lasts, if they can read/view other posts in that forum and just can't post, or can't even access that part of the forum at all, and some other odds and ends.

I don't want to make seperate user groups for each forum's own permissions. Or lock forums from access by the regular user groups and only grant it to specific people. The Idea here is to limit access to the users causing troubles, instead of just banning them outright from the forum; unless that becomes a need-be.
