<u>Advanced Notice </u>

A number of small updates (and some internal changes) are planned for Jan 31st - the site will be closed while these take place. The downtime should be less than an hour, and will be around 10pm uk time (which I believe is 5pm Eastern US Time).

What kind of work are you talking about here exactly? Probably some new features on the forum?

As Paul already mentioned small updates and internal changes - you will know specifics after we are done with the update and reopen the site.

Whenever there are edits done to vB.org such as minor changes the board always has to be turned off?

I think this will be just a securtiy measure.

One hour without vb.org wouldn't be that hard than one hour without internet
