I'd like to see a modification to have users have to agree to a set of rules PER FORUM.

For example:

There is a set of written rules for a particular forum
a user tries to access that forum that has NOT agreed to that set of rules yet
He receives a message redirect message telling him/her that they have NOT agreed yet
Redirected to those rules to agree/disagree to
Once agreed, individual forum access is granted
User is logged as agreed

Cybs rules here are very close, but not quite.
This one here, isn't supported nor updated for 3.6+

Anyone have any ideas?
