We had one guy sign up for an id just to get advice on how he should fight some guy at his college. Here's the first post:

Okay, the backstory on this isn't real important, but basically there's a guy in my circle of friends who I don't like too much, and he doesn't like me too much either. Last weekend, the two of us + some other guys were out at a bar, and he was really on my case about some stuff that happened a few years back that everyone has forgotten about except him, and he had me really mad, like fighting mad. But I mean, you can't just start wailing on the guy, especially in a public place, because provided you're not in high school doing that sort of thing will get you an assault charge. So, you know, the drinking may have had something to do with this, but I challenged him to a fight, because saying it was like the next best thing to physically doing something about it. He said he was up for it, but like neither of us were standing up right away or anything, so a couple of the other guys were like, hey, wait a while, cool off. Neither of us was gonna back off it, though, and it's going to happen this weekend, Saturday night, I think.
So what I want to know is, if we're going to do this in an organized fashion there should be rules, and we've all been e-mailing each other back and forth suggesting stuff. What do you guys think we should include. Timed rounds and a panel of judges would be over the top as this fight probably won't be lasting too long either way. But we think there should definitely be stuff like no weapons, no biting, no fishhooking, no eye-gouging, no purring, etc. It's all going to be common sense stuff, I'm just wondering if there's anything we overlooked.
Couple of other questions we're having trouble agreeing on: How should we decide when the fight is over? Should there be one guy in like a referee kind of role to step in and stop it or should we just wait until one of us gives up (or gets knocked out, which is unlikely)?
Also, does it make more sense to do this indoors or outdoors? Outdoors there'd be less furniture and stuff to run into, but other people might see/hear it and call the police or something.
Thanks in advance.

Later in the week, after the fight, he told us how he got his ass kicked. His false tooth got knocked out and when he got knocked to the ground, he tried to slash the other guy with his false tooth.
In his memory, we created an emoticon just for him called :tooth: and looks like
