Default sticky at top of 'new posts'
anyone working on, know of or want to make a hack that allows you to add an announcement/sticky at the top of the list when someone clicks on 'new posts' ?????????????? preferably configurable in admincp by thread id

ie: new posts since last visit

announcement sticky #1
announcement sticky #2
new post 1
new post 2
new post 3
and so on...
