"Showing up as unlicensed.."

Everything worked still this morning. Now when I logged in it gives me this:

To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page.

I'm lisenced and logged into vbulletin.com. What can I do to get this to work??

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

The update of your account can take up to one hour.

When I say 'your email address', I actually mean 'the address you are using for your account here'.
