I'm going fro 3.5.4 to 3.6.3 today. Been at it since 7:00 this morning making a big to-do list. I don't have as my mods as Bashy, but I do have a LOT of mods that need updating.

Point your webserver to install/finalupgrade.php
if that fails: Enable debug mode > go to settings > UNtouchables > vbulletin version |
