Unregistered Users being Banned?

Hi,

I think I am having alittle problem with my forum. Users are complaining about a message coming up saying they have been banned. This is affecting my site. What can I do to fix this? Also, these people have not been banned. These are new users that are recieving this message.

How can "UnRegister Users" get ban? They are just guest....

I installed all my hacks. There are not any other modifications to my board. Everything was done by me.

I think it would be one of these two hacks doing it. Probably the multiple login detector.

I disabled both of those and people are still getting the message.

I just tested that and disableing that didnt fix the problem.
