VB 3.6? 3.5? or 3.03?
I am thinking about upgrading my forum to VB3.6 and reinstalling all mods (there are a lot). However, I cannot find as many mods for 3.6 as i can for 3.5, are there any major differences that I should choose 3.6 over 3.5? Right now I am using 3.03, any huge difference between 3.03 and 3.5+? Hope someone can help

Well, this is not the best explanation but its a reply right?
3.5- Most hacks -Major add on's (as people are saying) work for the 3.6 The 3.6 Is still new, many things are being developed as we speak of and more to come. I would go with the 3.6 , Alot of things built in, you can read more about it on VB.com. just my 2 cents |

yes there is a massive difference between 3.0.x and 3.5/3.6
3.03 is probably pretty insecure at this point as there is about 12 updates to it i beleive. you might as well jump right to 3.6 most modifications work with 3.5 and 3.6, very few dont work. And the ones that done usually are ported over rather quickly or already fixed in the 3.5 thread. |
