Total Newbie here!
Hi all - I got my first ever vbulletin forum yesterday - trying to learn the controls I have set up my catagories & my forums now I am tyring to figure out how to create sub forums - but can not figure it out!
Does anyone have a idiot proof way of doing this? I used to use an invision board & the vbulletin is way more complex. Thanks in advance |

Login to your Admin CP... Forums & Moderators... Forum Manager... Next to the forum you want to add a Child Forum to you use the first drop down box and select Add Child Forum...
Fill out the form... Make sure you have it selected to act as forum... and have it active... That will do ya. |

Also, if you want your Sub-Forums to display in Forum Home go to (in Admin CP) vBulletin Options --> Forum Listings Display Options and set the first 3 fields to:
Depth of Forums - Forum Home: 2 Depth of Forums - Forum Display: 1 Depth of Sub-Forums: 1 |

Me too. Your sub-forums are listing the same way as the other site as far as I can tell. If possible, post a screenshot circling or highlighting the area of focus.
