display message on new reply if date > 30

Yet another sitepoint-like request.

I've been getting a bunch of old threads brought back from the dead lately, do i'd like to implement a mod similar to what sitepoint has.

if its older than 30 days, display a message saying something like "This thread has not been active in over 30 days. please consider starting a new thread instead".

Can any one help?
