Images won't show up.....

Hey all,
I am trying my hand at my first vBulletin style. To get my feet wet I am using an existing style and modifying the images and the xml page you import.
I have change the name of the style to XstreamBlue and changed all the instances of the old style name to my new name. I have also changed the directory entries in the file for where the images are to be.
I have uploaded everying exactly as it should be but for some reason some of the images won't show up. The top logo banner shows up fine, all the color changes I made are fine, the status icons show up and so do the buttons... but for some strange reason the background images won't show up.
Now here's the strange thing.... I uploaded all the images to the original style's folder and they all show up fine....
I have attached the altered xml file here in case someone can notice something I did wrong.....
