Anyone run any tests is GARS pretty good being optimized or is SEO soley based on your forums SEO ability?

I have a site that has lots of content deep on search engines but I am afraid to move over to something like GARS because it doesn't look like its very SEO friendly.

Anyone have experiences good/bad? Links to google searches that will show your content?

I use vbSEO on one of my sites with GARS and it works a treat. I do know that vbSEO built in support for GARS though so other rewriters may not work as well.

As far as SEO'ed out of the box, Im no SEO expert so I can't really comment on how effective/ineffective it is, however Im always open to hearing about how to make it better
