Look like a template problem in your bbCode Layout Templates

try replacing with the default vB

there is no problem there... this is what i got

What is your codeblockwidth stylevar set to? From what I see, it's at 100px and acting exactly as it should. Make it something like 500px.

I've just changed my value to width:<b>640px</b>

So my bbcode_code template looks like
