Guest / Unregistered User visits
Hello, I've searched the forums and found pieces of the answer but not what I've been looking for.
Is there a simple way to track guest/unregistered user visits to my website? I realize that the use of dynamic ip addresses makes it difficult to identify unique users. But I'm just looking for a simple, ballpark idea of how many are read-only users of my site. At any given time, I can look and see that there are x members and x' guests online. If I go to the control panel, I can look at the members who visited in the past 24 hours. Is there a way that I can also see that x' guests visited in the past 24 hours? (Knowing the count could include the same guest who visited via different ip addresses, and possible search bot visits) Thanks |

In short, I don't believe there is.
This was a common request with Paul M's modificatio. You can see his answer here - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...=82769&page=49 - where he outlines that no such record is kept in vBulletin. Outside of vBulletin though, you should be able to get these statistics from your host/CPanel |

Thats just the standard vb what's going on statistics, with the phrase changed and a very long cookie timeout (well over 8 hours from a few random samples).
