Want mod for flash chat popup window like pm notifications

HI!
I was wondering if there was a hack or mod that can be installed
so that when people are in flash chat, a popup window will allow people on the forum aware that there are people chatting in the chat room?
I have the statistics log at the bottom of the page for "Whos chatting"
But I would prefer a popup as well. The same kind of popup window that is used for PM notifications when you first log onto the site, that can be turned off via users profile. Most people wont scroll down at the bottom of the forum to read the 'whats going on stats'anyway.
if anyone knows how to make this pop up for me, or be able to show me a mod somewhere that already exist, id be happy.
This is the response I have gotten back from the people over at the flash chat forum:
"I would think you could easily add a link in the header or a button on the forum that would allow this popup window you want. Then you could use other info.php or info_embedded.php file for the popup. This code is also in the index.tpl file for the who's in the chat popup in the templates folder."
