Link To Css Problems - Help Needed

I need some help with my site linking to my css...

I selected the option for it to have the css external, and I set everything up on my server with the directory and permissions, however when I view my sites source code it isnt linking to the css, it is just showing it.

Any clue what I missed?

I tried looking around here, but I didnt find anythign useful.

Anyone? Pelase help!
