Why not make that message that a mod posts after an unlicensed member's post automatic? It should be quite boring for the mods to copy-paste it each time. It would save them time which they can spend moderating the board

They just click a link in the postbit and it display the message in the quick reply box, or the advance option box. One of them, and they just hit submit.

vBulletin costs a lot less than $700. So either you're lying or someone scammed you.

The currency of $100 USD may differ in other countries. In China's Yuan, for example, it's an 1:8 ratio.
