If anyone can possibly find it(paid or not) or simply convert the phpBB version I would be eternally grateful and since I can't really pay you I would supply links/banners as nessiscary.

Deagle Man, that is a phpBB style, right? I love that one. I have not seen its equivelent here tho.

There are alot of great templates at http://www.forumtemplates.com/vbulletin/ tho. Some of them are free. The others are very reasonable priced. You might find what you are looking for there.
