if the Hack is for 3.5.2 never i can not use in 3.5.4 and i have to wait?
or no

Yes, all hacks made for 3.5.2 will work with 3.5.4

Because those hacks were written back when their was no 3.5.4, so the author put 3.5.2. Any hack develped for 3.5 will work with 3.5.0 through 3.5.4.
