Hi guys! I have some big high res pictures,when i add the pictures in the post and publish it,the pictures are so big that they expand the whole post outside the pc monitor cos it has smaller resolution than the pic!

How can i add a picture in a frame or table?Note that i dont use HTML in forum so i cant add a table,and no,i cant make a smaller pic like 640x480 and link it with the big one cos i got lot of pics and it's time consuming!

Is there a plugin/mod to do this automatically?
