If you are using a hotmail or yahoo email address then messages from forums sites are frequently sent to the spam folder. Check your spam folder and settings as it is possible with any server that the messages are being flagged as spam. You may wish to add a note to your site reminding people that if they haven't recieved their activation email then they need to check their spam folder/junk mail folder.

This is has nothing to do with SPAM.
Lets say I post in here. Then you post ...I get an email letting me know you posted. That is all I want. Anyone. I posted this 4 months ago, you would have thought I could have got more than one reply.. HELP please. Rob EDIT: The diagnostic e-mail works absolutely fine and PM notification works flawlessly. There is nothing on the mail server side nor the receiving side that could be halting this mail. I honestly don't see what it could be... |

Did you check your spam/junk mail folders as I explained?
It is a common problem with some free email providers that emails are sent to the spam/junk mail folder unless the sending address is on your whitelist (usually in your address book). |
