Subscription Description Length Increaser

Description

• Have you ever wanted to have longer descriptions for your paid subscriptions? Well, now you can! With this product, you are no longer restricted to 255 characters. This modification will change the field from varchar(255) to MEDIUMTEXT, allowing you to use enough characters for nearly anything you could possibly think of.

Notes

• If you uninstall this product at anytime, please be aware that your descriptions will be then cut to 255 characters.

When trying to install :

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.4:

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE vbnew subscription CHANGE description description MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL;

MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'subscription CHANGE description description MEDIUMTEXT NOT NULL Error Number : 1064

In two spots find:

TABLE_PREFIX . " subscription

And replace with:

TABLE_PREFIX . "subscription
