how do i make a custom page on my forum. i have something i want to add and make another page with the header and navbar etc

thanks but i just need one. can i still do it with this? this says i have to install about 4 or so. not sure if this is what im looking for but thanks ill try it out. there was a hack that i saw that just gave you the page and you can add what you want as the content.
