Default Start of the Week - Version 1.00

This hack is based on the following request: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...243#post918243 and http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=160444

Description
This modification adds a new option to your vBulletin Options->User Registration Options: Default Start of Week.

If set to a value between 1-7 or -1, this value will be used as a default for new user registrations.

Installation
Install the product xml-file in the zip, and set the value in your vBulletin Options as you like.
