how would i go about renaming points to say "credits"

Just search for it:
AdminCP --> Languages and Phrases --> Search in Phrases

ok I searched for it and it came up in 7 templates. Should I change it in all 7?

right but I change every instance of this to the name I want right? do I need to add the usc in front? Like if I wanted it to sayy Tolkens do I change it to "tolkens" or "ucs_tolkens"?

No problem. You just edit ucs_cash and change Points to tolkens.
