instead of new page. I searched and didn't see a current hack. Also checked vbulletin.com and no luck. My dial up users are complaining.

My other admin (who I'm no longer on good terms with) rehacked this when we upgraded and wanted the popup back.

It may be a security risk, I'm not sure.

All I know is it can be done.
