How are the user titles (eg Coder) calculated?

I know a similar question has been asked before and the answer was that what counts is the hack number and isntall count.
However, this doesn't seem accurate. I've seen Coders with less hacks + installs than members, advanced coders with less hacks + installs than coders and so on.

I think we deserve a more accurate answer

we do not provide the exact ranking requirements for each title

I didn't ask for the exact details, just what parameters count. For instance, does it count if you are a member for a long time? Or if you click install on your hacks?

but not every hack really counts right now

It must be extensions or plugins...
And styles-template mods must be the ones that count less I guess...

I've seen people become coders with just one hack so don't leave hope!

You cannot force people to install a hack so what does it matter

From what I've noticed is that when someone releases their first plugin, their user title gets changed to "Coder"
