I know you can do stuff like: &noquote=1

but I know in emails you can write: <A HREF="mailto:caspert@gmail.com?subject=look at this website&body=Hi, I found this website and thought you might like it http://www.geocities.com/wowhtml/">tell a friend</A>

is there anyway to do it with PMs?

It seems feasible but you need to hack the code so that it "listens" to subject=foo and body=bar.

I guess you'd hack the private.php to accept a parameter...
