Upgrading from 2.5.1 · **Released**: 01-21-2006

I currently have vB 3.0.11 with the original ibproarcade running, not the one Mr ZeroPage created.

How do I go about upgrading the arcade to the new version without having to drop all the arcade tables? The instructions say to just run the installer, but this fails saying the tables already exist.

These rules were posted less than an hour before my own post, so it isn't really surprising I was unaware of them

However, I now find myself upon the horns of a dilemma.

I am unable to edit the title of this thread. But if I repost it, I am in breach of the standard vBulletin.org rules by multiposting the same thread.

No, what I was hoping to do at this stage is just upgrade the arcade rather than the whole forum.

I am working on a 3.5 upgrade but there's loads still to do and it'll be several months off yet.

If the arcade can't be upgraded then that's ok, it works fine as it is, I just wondered. It's mainly the PM notify feature I'm keen on.

Best would be a fresh install, or you let me do your upgrade.
