Stupid Question

OK.
I feel kinda dumb asking this because everyone here seems so smart and technical, and I literally have no idea what is going on

So I just bought vBulletin and installed it here: http://www.freerollz.com/forums/

I want my site to look cooler, kinda like this:

The problem is, I don't even know where to start? How do I add advertisements on the left, add a banner add, change the little icons, etc.

Any help will be MORE than appreciated.

Well theres two routes you can go. Look into our collection of tutorials and learn by yourself how to do this, while asking any questions on vb.org when you need help. Or you can post a service request, and pay someone to do it for you.

From what I can see there your looking @ a custom style with custom graphics both are easy to do if your ok with making graphics as the colors are just set in style options.

It looks like 2 addons are also there called welcome headers and the left column addon, both of which i believe are posted here.

If I was you I would have a play with a test install before you consider trying to make any changes and installing 3rd party mods.
